1. Composition of HDPE Geomembrane
HDPE geomembrane conforming to GRI-GM13 mainly adopts virgin high-density polyethylene resin as base raw material. Formulation adds carbon black masterbatch, antioxidant, processing stabilizer and lubricant for anti-ultraviolet property and forming performance. No recycled plastic is permitted for standard GM13-grade products. Raw materials are automatically proportioned, uniformly mixed, melted and extruded or blow-molded into dense impermeable sheets, widely used in landfill, mining, water conservancy and environmental containment engineering.

4. Introduction to Haoyang Environment Geomembrane Production Lines
Haoyang Environment is located in Yucheng High-tech Zone, Shandong Province. The enterprise is equipped with multiple advanced HDPE geomembrane blow molding and five-layer co-extrusion extrusion lines, including leading 10-meter ultra-wide production equipment, supporting mass production of smooth and spray-textured geomembrane. The whole workshop realizes intelligent feeding, automatic batching, continuous forming and online thickness monitoring under MES management system. A CNAS accredited laboratory supports raw material inspection, online monitoring and finished sampling test throughout the whole process. Flexible specification switching can meet customized orders of different thickness. Stable production capacity supports global supply for landfills, tailings ponds, heap leaching mining and water conservancy projects.
5. Monthly Output and Annual Output of Haoyang Environment
Supported by complete geomembrane production lines, Haoyang Environment maintains stable monthly geomembrane output above 7,500 tons. After deducting routine equipment maintenance and debugging time, the effective annual production capacity of HDPE geomembrane reaches 90,000 tons. Production plans can be dynamically adjusted according to overseas order cycle. Thin geomembrane for aquaculture and thick GM13 standard liner for mining and hazardous waste projects can be arranged separately. Sufficient raw material inventory ensures continuous production. With the commissioning of new ultra-wide production line in the future, monthly output will be further improved. Strong annual supply capacity enables simultaneous undertaking of large-scale engineering orders from Asia, Africa and Latin America.
