 | A delegation from Yucheng Municipal Trade Union visited Haoyang Environmental Protection to express their concern for the front-line employees.

In the midst of the scorching summer heat, the temperature was oppressive. Recently, Zhang Huaxin, a member of the Standing Committee of the Yucheng Municipal Committee, the Secretary of the United Front Work Department and the Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Yucheng City, along with Feng Lexuan, the Secretary of the Party Committee and the Executive Vice Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Yucheng City, and Zhu Fangfang, the Director of the Yucheng Workers' Service Center, paid a special visit to Haoyang Environmental Co., Ltd. They carried out a "Cooling-off" visit activity in the summer, presenting cooling supplies and warm-hearted care to the employees who were working on the production front line.

The union leaders had a cordial conversation with the front-line workers, thoroughly understanding their working schedules, heat protection measures, and safety production conditions. They repeatedly reminded the workers that they must pay attention to a balance between work and rest during hot operations, take proper personal protection measures, and ensure their physical health and production safety. On-site, they distributed cooling and relief supplies such as mineral water and Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid to the employees， bringing coolness and care to each and every one of them. 

This visit of consolation made all the front-line employees deeply feel the warmth and care of the trade union "family". Everyone expressed that they would turn this care into work motivation, maintaining a more energetic attitude to stay at their posts and do their work diligently, and making every effort to ensure the smooth progress of production. Haoyang Environment will also continue to implement various measures for heat protection and cooling, sincerely safeguarding the health of the employees, and concentrating efforts to promote the high-quality development of the enterprise.
