Baiyun Reservoir Project

Recently, the Jinan Urban and Rural Water Affairs Bureau organized a technical pre-acceptance and completion acceptance meeting for the Zhangqiu Baiyun Reservoir Project, and unanimously agreed that the Baiyun Reservoir Project passed the completion acceptance. 

The Baiyun Reservoir Project is located north of Baiyun Lake and at the junction of Gaoguanzhai and Baiyun Lake, covering an area of 4,097.24 acres. The project has been listed as a key water conservancy project in Shandong Province, the first batch of preferred projects for the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in Shandong Province, a major water security guarantee project in the "14th Five-Year Plan" of Shandong Province, and a major project in Shandong Province in 2021. The total storage capacity of the reservoir is 16.41 million cubic meters, the designed annual water diversion volume is 59.76 million cubic meters, and the designed daily water supply capacity is 200,000 cubic meters.

 In June 2020, the Baiyun Reservoir Project started construction. The main construction contents include the East Canal Regulating Gate, the Sedimentation Basin Inlet Gate, the Dike and the Dike, the Reservoir Enclosure Dam, the Inlet Pumping Station, the Outlet Culvert, the Discharge Culvert Gate and Management Facilities. Since the project started construction, the company has supplied more than 1.2 million square meters of geotextiles, more than 600,000 square meters of geomembranes, and 120,000 square meters of composite geomembranes for the project.
