According to the company, the latest upgrade includes the installation of a new 10-meter-wide geomembrane production line, which is now fully operational at Haoyang’s manufacturing base. This new line increases total production capacity by more than 30% and enhances the company’s ability to meet large-volume orders for mining sites, landfills, reservoirs, aquaculture ponds, and national infrastructure projects.

Haoyang’s production director shared that the new equipment uses advanced extrusion technology, allowing for higher film uniformity, greater tensile strength, and improved long-term durability. “Our goal has always been to deliver products that exceed both domestic and international quality standards,” he said. “The new line not only increases efficiency but also ensures exceptional product consistency required by clients in high-risk engineering applications.”

Alongside production expansion, Haoyang also reported progress in its global supply network. Over the past quarter, the company successfully completed shipments of HDPE geomembranes to customers in Chile, Tanzania, the United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam. These orders include materials for copper mining tailings ponds, municipal landfill liners, desert irrigation reservoirs, and large aquaculture projects.

The company noted that demand for high-performance geomembranes has continued to rise as countries accelerate infrastructure development and environmental protection initiatives. With more governments enforcing strict anti-leakage and pollution-control standards, reliable geomembrane solutions have become essential for long-term project safety.
