    Recently, the Dezhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology officially issued the "Notice on Announcing the List of Green Manufacturing in Dezhou City for 2026". Through multiple rigorous selections including enterprises' self-reports, county-level preliminary reviews, expert evaluations, and official public announcements, Haoyang Environmental Co., Ltd. was rated as a municipal-level green factory in Dezhou City for 2026, officially entering the ranks of green manufacturing benchmark enterprises in Dezhou City and becoming a high-quality representative of green and low-carbon manufacturing in Yucheng City.

1.The green factory selection is an authoritative assessment conducted by the industrial and information technology department of Dezhou 

City to implement the green and low-carbon transformation of the manufacturing industry and build a gradient-based green manufacturing system. 

It comprehensively evaluates from five dimensions: land use intensification, harmless raw material use, clean production, waste resource utilization, 

and low-carbon energy use. The selected enterprises must meet the leading standards at the municipal level in terms of energy conservation and 

consumption reduction, clean production, recycling, and green management

A total of 59 enterprises across the city were selected as municipal green factories. Haoyang Environment stood out among them with its long-term 

full-chain green layout and solid environmental protection technological transformation achievements. Together with enterprises like Luoke Cable 

and Hongyuan New Materials, they formed the industrial green development matrix of Yucheng, marking the official authoritative certification of

 the company's green manufacturing capabilities.

2. From production to research and development, the entire process adheres to green development principles. 

The company has implemented the MES intelligent manufacturing system and the digital twin intelligent control platform. The key equipment of 

20 modern production lines has a 100% network connection rate. Through intelligent batching and automated production transformation, the 

production efficiency has increased by 20%, while the labor energy consumption has decreased simultaneously. From the production source, 

the precise control of water, electricity, and raw materials has been achieved, significantly reducing the energy consumption and pollutant emissions 

per unit product. Currently, the world's first 14-meter-wide geotextile membrane production line is about to be put into production. It adopts low-energy 

consumption and environmentally friendly production processes, with raw material loss far lower than the industry average.

Haoyang Environment has successively obtained multiple authoritative certifications such as ISO14001 environmental management, ISO9001 quality 

management, and CQC environmental products. It has established a complete and regular energy and environmental management system. It has been 

continuously awarded titles such as high-tech enterprise, Shandong Province's manufacturing single-item champion, provincial enterprise technology 

center, and Dezhou intelligent factory, demonstrating its dual capabilities in green development in terms of both software and hardware. 

3. Based on a new starting point, set higher-level green goals as the anchor.
