Application pain points
1.Poor corrosion resistance
The conventional drainage network has poor resistance to acid and alkali, and is prone to hydrolysis. When used in the leachate drainage systems of tailings ponds, red mud storage areas, and hazardous waste landfill sites, it is susceptible to corrosion by acid and alkali and thus may fail.
2. The pore structure is prone to clogging.
The conventional drainage network is relatively loose and has a large tension difference. After landfilling, the fine powder particles of the landfill materials invade the pores and the core of the network, causing the drainage channels to become blocked.
3. The core of the network has poor pressure resistance.
The conventional drainage network has large mesh sizes, an unstable core structure, and poor compressive strength. After being subjected to the heavy pressure of the landfill materials, it is prone to deformation, resulting in the narrowing or closure of the drainage channels.

After being soaked in 10% sulfuric acid/NaOH for 30 days, the retention rate of tensile strength is over 90% (according to ASTM D7238).
