Haoyang Environment and Dezhou Technology Vocational College's "Big Ideological and Political Education Class" practical teaching base officially signed and inaugurated

       On April 17, 2026, Haoyang Environmental Co., Ltd. and Dezhou Technology Vocational College jointly held a signing and unveiling ceremony for the "Grand Ideological and Political Education" practical teaching base. This marked a solid step forward for both parties in the field of industry-academia integration and collaborative education, and jointly ushered in a new chapter of school-enterprise cooperation.

      During the ceremony, Chairman Zhao Kuili introduced to the teachers and students the development journey and cooperation vision of Haoyang Environment over the past 18 years. He stated: Collaborating with Dezhou Technology Vocational College to establish a "large ideological and political education course" practical teaching base is not merely a simple cooperation between the school and the enterprise for Haoyang Environment. It is also an important milestone that integrates industrial practice with ideological and political education. We expect that the base will become a solid bridge connecting the classroom and the workshop, theory and practice, learning and growth. To this end, Haoyang Environment has clearly planned its cooperation path and is committed to leveraging the enterprise's practical resource advantages to achieve deep integration in four aspects: 

1. Provide practical platforms: We will open our doors to offer abundant practical positions and real project scenarios to the teachers and students of Texas Technical College. This will help students transform theoretical knowledge into practical abilities and enhance their professional qualities. 

2. Develop ideological and political courses: We will collaborate with the college to develop a practical teaching plan for "Comprehensive Ideological and Political Education". We will integrate the vivid case studies of Haoyang Environment in areas such as technological innovation, green development, craftsmanship spirit, and social responsibility with the corporate culture, deeply integrating them into the ideological and political education module. This will make ideological and political education more relevant to reality and more compelling. 

3. Jointly Build the Teaching Team: We actively promote two-way talent exchange. On one hand, we hire outstanding teachers from the college to provide ideological and political theory training and cultural guidance for our company's employees. On the other hand, we select outstanding managers, technical experts, and labor models from our company to serve as external ideological and political mentors. They will enter the college classrooms to share the latest industry knowledge and practical experiences. 

4. Promote the joint construction of Party building culture: We plan to collaborate with the college to carry out various activities such as red education, youth exchanges, skill competitions, and volunteer services, guided by Party building, to facilitate the effective implementation of ideological and political education.
