       On August 6th, the main project of the Aranbaite Reservoir in Taxkorgan Tajik Autonomous County was basically completed. The water intake is fully advancing the installation of metal structures, and it is expected to be fully completed by the end of September, meeting the conditions for closing the dam and storing water. This project, hailed as the 'lifeblood of the plateau,' is about to inject new vitality into local livelihood development.

       Aranchaobaitai Reservoir is located on the left bank of the first-level tributary Xin'geng Gou of the Tashkurgan River, at an altitude of over 3,000 meters. It is a key water conservancy project in the Kashgar Region's '14th Five-Year Plan'. The total investment for the project is approximately 479 million yuan, with a total reservoir capacity of 4.03 million cubic meters. Construction began in September 2023. Haoyang Environmental Co., Ltd., as the core supplier of composite geomembrane, along with its subsidiary Haoyang Environmental Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd., overcame high-altitude hypoxia, frozen soil construction, and other plateau construction challenges. They adopted full-reservoir composite geomembrane anti-seepage technology, demonstrating their comprehensive competitiveness from material supply to project implementation in highland construction projects, as well as their solid technical strength and engineering resilience.
