Responsibility is great, and the mission must be accomplished -

"I Am the Responsible Person" Hoyaang Environmental Management Cadre's First Training Session

On February 28th, all senior executives and middle-level managers of Haoyang Environment participated in a learning session via online video, where they listened to a lecture given by Li Jian, the chairman and CEO of Action Education, titled "I Am the Responsible One".

"Responsibility is not a burden, but the fuel of life; evasion is not a solution, but a constraint for growth." In the internal training program "I Am a Responsible Person" by Haoyang Environment, this statement struck each participant's heart like a heavy hammer. When the "victim mentality" and the "responsible mentality" collided fiercely, we finally understood: True success begins with the complete embrace of responsibility.

In this course, Teacher Li Jian analyzed the concept of "I am a responsible person" from three aspects: "definition of a responsible person", "value of a responsible person", and "methods to become a responsible person". He delivered a forceful and clear explanation. Firstly, it was clearly stated that a responsible person is a creator. Secondly, by using examples, he explained from three aspects: "victim mentality", "human nature's instinct to seek benefits and avoid harm", and "responsibility is the primary factor for success". Finally, Teacher Li Jian elaborated on how to become a responsible person from three aspects: "I am the source", "I am the creator", and "responsibility-oriented organization".

When "responsibility" transforms from a slogan into a belief, and when "assumption" evolves from a requirement into a habit, enterprises can truly navigate through cycles and achieve sustainable growth. The successful conclusion of Haoyang Environment's "I Am the Responsible One" theme training program is not only a spiritual cleansing but also a profound refinement of corporate culture. It shows us that the culture of responsibility is not just a wall-mounted slogan, but a gene deeply integrated into the bloodstream; the spirit of assumption is not a passive requirement, but an active choice of faith.
