                                  Dezhou Municipal Trade Union "Delivers Coolness" to Frontline Employees of Haoyang Environment

    On August 6, 2025, Zhou Meiqing, a fourth-level researcher of the Dezhou Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, entered the "Lu Xing Cup" labor competition participating unit, Haoyang Environmental Co., Ltd., and delivered cooling supplies to the front-line workers. Yang Xin, the secretary and chairman of the Yucheng Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, accompanied her. 

     Zhou Meiqing and Yang Xin jointly distributed "cooling packages" to the employee representatives and held a brief condolence meeting on the spot. She particularly reminded the workers present: "During the hot weather, you must pay attention to balancing work and rest, carry anti-heat medicines with you, and report any discomfort to the doctor in time. Put your health first!" 

      Regarding the implementation of heat prevention responsibilities by enterprises, Zhou Meiqing also put forward clear requirements: "Enterprises should be the 'close supporters' for their employees. They should adjust working hours according to the weather conditions, ensure adequate heat prevention facilities are in place, and pay meticulous attention to and implement safety production measures. Regularly inspect the operating status of equipment, and must not let high temperatures affect production safety." 

    As a participating unit in the "Luxing Cup" labor competition, Haoyang Environment has always integrated care for its employees into its daily operations. "The condolences from the superior trade union are not only a recognition of the employees, but also a motivation for our company," said Chairman Zhao Kuili. "We will strictly implement the requirements of the trade union and detail the heat prevention measures down to each team and each time period, so that the employees can 'operate with ease' in a safe environment."
